The elevators sputtered and often felt like a gamble!!! Housekeeping should definitely triple-check for small items left behind, like trash from previous guests. The hallway scent was far from pleasant, even for a brief stay!!!

The decor throughout the hotel was modern and inviting, with comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring that I felt at ease during my stay—a welcoming experience for seniors.

Front desk staff excelled with humor.

The breakfast was decent, and I loved lounging by the firepit while my kids splashed around the indoor pool. The chats by the fire and the cozy gardens made us feel right at home. Just a heads up, the bistro could use more staff during busy hours! 😊

It was just a smart choice for a day tour in Moosic with good value for price. I appreciated the numerous outlets available, making it easy to charge all my devices. Make sure to check the coffee hours. they are limited.

However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The hot tub was out of service, limiting relaxation options after a long day. The indoor pool felt over-chemicalized, raising concerns about safety, especially for kids. Using the bathroom presented its challenges too, with damp smells lingering and cleanliness not up to par. I found unwanted hair on the floor. The air conditioning unit had knobs instead of a thermostat, forcing frequent adjustments to find comfort throughout the night. Lastly, the bistro's limited hours meant chasing meals outside of normal hours was often necessary.

The King Room with Sofa Bed and Balcony was impressively clean and had a convenient outdoor exit. The lobby stood out with its complimentary coffee and hot cocoa options, enhancing the check-in experience. However, the internet service was quite unreliable, making it difficult to stream shows, and the ice machines were mostly out of order, with one working on just the fourth floor. Additionally, breakfast selection was limited, missing typical pantry items, which was disappointing.

Highly Recommend for Couples Retreat

I stayed one night in a King Room with a Sofa Bed and Balcony and it was a truly lovely experience. The staff were exceptional, especially Amanda at the front desk, she made me laugh with her dad jokes and even left a cute towel man in the room after I asked for some humor. It was such a friendly atmosphere that I felt right at home after a long drive.

It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly the service made it worthwhile.

I had a delightful stay! The outdoor gas fire pit area was perfect for relaxing with friends, and I was particularly impressed by the friendly service from Amanda at the front desk, who made my experience memorable with her personal touches. The indoor pool was clean and a great place to unwind after a long day. However, the heating system in the room was a bit noisy at times, which could use some improvement.

We hit the slopes for some snowboarding and also tried snow tubing nearby. The hotel had a nice indoor pool, and the outdoor area was perfect for hanging out after. The staff was friendly, and our room had a great view from the balcony.

One hiccup was while checking in, where I noticed some rooms weren’t prepped properly, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.
